Main Check-in Location

The Mountain Resorts check-in office is conveniently located just off of Highway 40, between the highway and the ski area at 2150 Resort Drive.

• Exit US Hwy. 40 onto Mt. Werner Road
• Proceed east toward the mountain for 1/4 mile
• Turn left on Resort Drive
• Take your first left into the parking lot

After Hours Check-in

Check-in is available 24-hours a day. Front desk staff hours vary by season. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.

Building facilities include luggage storage, guest lounge with television and free high-speed Internet access terminal, lobby with large fireplace and plenty of reading materials. There is also a guest locker room with showers for those who wish to ski the same day as check-out.
